Smithsonian Go is an educational based augmented reality mobile application game developed by Bee The Swarm in partnership with the Smithsonian Institute. Through an immersive virtual environment, adventurers visit historical landmarks, uncover priceless artwork, discover lost artifacts and interact with influential characters in an epic trivia game guided by Smithsonian Institution researchers.
Smithsonian Go uses entertaining and immersive gaming to teach explorers about history by collecting photos with virtual ancient artifacts, relics, and people. Smithsonian Go is in the process of being developed for iOS, Android, PC, Mac, Xbox360 and PS4 and launching in 2019.
